Here's a solution!
All you need is a normal hanger and two clothespins.
Then place the hanger inside your skirt (works with pants and shorts also) and clip the clothespins on either side.
And now your skirts can hang nicely side by side!

A Cheap Way to Replace Pant Hangers
I am not a fan of pant hangers. They are bulky and never sit flush against each other.

J.S. Hanger Graceful Pants Hangers from Bizarkdeal
I was so pleased to find the J.S. Hangers Graceful Pants Hangers by J.S. Hanger for my husbands dress pants. We have been looking for some for awhile now cause he has so many dress pants but most of the hangers we find and buy are so cheap made that they don't last long at all and I hate that cause they are not cheap. But so far these are wonderful. They are made really great. You get a 12 pack which are great cause when you buy them from the store you get only 5. The only thing that I seen that could be a concern is the little blue rubber things on the end of each hangers fall out easy and that could be bad if you don't notice it and one of the little one gets it and puts it in there mouth but That can be fixed my husband glued ours on so we wouldn't have that problem.
